Step one: Restart the pc, login in to system to see black screen, PC must be connected to INTERNET, black screen is should not affect that, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc, to open Task manager, click on tub Application, click on New task, in opened window enter following command: "C:Windowsexplorer.exe". Explorer should start. Check your OS drive for system errors, by right click on drive "C" go to property and press check system for errors, select both boxes, click OK and restart your PC, let it scan at boot for system errors and repair them, it should take about 30 minutes, then restart your PC again, and you should be good to go.
Solution number 2: when Safe mode is not helping. Perhaps in safe mode we have only black screen with mouse cursor. Task manager is not loading. As reported by users, often the cause is external devices. For example, this happens if your computer is connected to an external hard drive or USB flash drive USB - unplug them and reboot.
Dos not hurt to temporarily disconnect from the local network - turn off the computer, unplug the Ethernet-cable, and load Windows 7 again.
If is a DVD or BlueRay drive there - also remove it before restarting. If these solution wont help now it the time for heavy artillary and system recovery. In loading Windows 7 press F8 select. Select Repair your computer. In the new window, select the appropriate keyboard layout language (English, if the password to access the Windows 7 in English, to introduce English-language password). Then select the administrator account and enter the password. In the new window, click Startup Repair. If not help - do the same thing, and the next time, select System Restore, and then select a previous restore point and reboot.
Solution number 3: Assume that you can call the Task Manager (remember - when there was a black screen, press the key combination Ctrl+Shift+Esc), but the method is not saved Prevx. Then we will need the following judgment, which has helped many and proved its effectiveness.
[[In the Task Manager, click File New Task (Run). In the window that opens, type "regedit" and press Enter. ]] if [[....]] dosnt work fallowing THIS VIDEO

To +gregoire intwali In order to successfully record Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 to a removable USB device, the device must meet the following requirements:
The USB device must be low-level formatted before recording.
At least 256 MB USB capacity.
FAT16 or FAT32 file system.
If NTFS file system is installed on the device, you are required to format it in FAT16 or FAT32. Do not use an USB device with other operating systems installed on it, otherwise booting from Kaspersky Rescue Disk may be incorrect or end up with an error.?

+ismael sarabia he meant this:
Theres a quicker way that just worked for me! All you have to do is...
1. Start windows task manager, Ctrl+alt+delete and then pick the "task manager"
2. A small or big box should pop up, if its a small box press the down arrow in the bottom left corner and if its a big box dont do anything (yet)
3.press "file"
4. Press "new task"
5. Start a new task called Explorer.exe
6. It should work
7. Run a full virus scan as soon as possible
it will not work in your case Brendan stop Spam here?

I afraid your have a big issues. Check if your hdd is spins/make any noise at all, it does not look like you have OS installed, it ether deleted and Kasper-sky can not recognize your registry file, or in worse case your hdd is dead. Likely your hdd boot sectors or NTFS partition info files is not corrupted, you would have crashes in blue screen after restart. Does your pc what it does after restart with out Kasper-sky? You may want to pull that out hdd and connect via usb enclosure to save your files. You know what try another thing, see if it is work, do step by step as I said: (try to reboot less is possible in this circumstances, or pressing power button always go .ctr. .alt. .del. combination) Try this.
1.shut down your pc
2.unplug power supply
3.disconnect all sata, ata, ite, dvd,cd,etc. drives all hdds including your OS hdd pull all usb peripherals beside mouse and keyboard
4.find reset button on your main board and reset motherboard if you do not have refer to your manufacture manual how to reset it
5. plug power supply back and power on pc
6. go to BIOS read here http://askpctech.blogspot.com/2014/09/what-are-f1-through-f12-keys.html
7. reset your bios to defauld
8. shut down your pc
9. unplug power supply cord
10. connect your OS HDD and plug power cord back
11. start your pc and press F1 after it will prompt, and tell me what is the message you will have, if non your pc may start
then fallow on screen message to proceed to Startup recovery?

Changing Windows 7 Logon Screen
Changing Windows 7 Logon Screen
In Windows operating system Microsoft provides the way to change the theme, but many users like me, also want to change other components of system like logon screen.
In Windows XP it was little bit difficult to change the logon screen, but we could get great customization. In windows 7, officially we can change the logon screen just changing some registry entries, we dont need to do reverse engineering.
So these are the steps that you have to follow:

Blue Screen of Death BSOD Restarts Too Fast in Windows 7
Blue Screen of Death BSOD Restarts Too Fast in Windows 7
I recently got a blue screen of death (BSOD) error on a Windows 7 computer. However, upon restarting the computer and adjusting BIOS settings, the BSOD error would still display, but the computer was restarting so quickly that I didnt have time to analyze the specific BSOD error codes.
In other words, the BSOD screen would only display for a second or so, before Windows 7 automatically rebooted itself. Thus, I couldnt retrieve the specific error codes needed to diagnose the BSOD error.
Heres a quick tip for not only those that have gotten the BSOD, but also those who havent encountered it.
Start by opening the Start Menu and navigating to the Control Panel. Next, select the System listing within Control Panel to navigate to the System pane.
From the System window, select the option Advanced system settings, located along the left side of the window.
Finally, select the Settings button listed under the Startup and Recovery, Advanced tab of System Properties.
This will launch the Startup and Recovery panel, where you should uncheck the option Automatically restart and click the OK button to apply.
This simple tip will prevent Windows from automatically restarting itself, should a BSOD error occur. Above, it was mentioned that even those that havent gotten a BSOD error should uncheck this option
I did not have this option checked when I got a BSOD error on a Windows PC. Additionally, Windows would not boot into Safe Mode, so I couldnt access the desktop to toggle Automatic restart off. Thus, Windows kept rebooting itself and queuing the BSOD. In this case, Windows of course, wouldnt respond to the Start Windows normally option either.
With no CD/DVD drive on the PC to accept a Windows repair disc, I eventually ended up reinstalling Windows via USB drive.
With the Automatically restart option checked off, Windows will stop at the BSOD so that you can note any specific error codes. You can of course restart the PC too, by simply holding the power button down.
Thank you for stopping by the site for todays post, which offers a simple tip to help diagnose BSOD error codes. If anyone has any Windows BSOD error problems, you can leave a comment and I will try to reply if I have a suitable response or tip. Enjoy!
