Flash drives can infected by the virus when inserted into the infected computer. Blu ray to iTunes Rip Blu ray to Hard drive for Adding to iTunes

Blu ray to iTunes Rip Blu ray to Hard drive for Adding to iTunes

M4V is a file container format designed by Apple for its applications and devices like QuickTime player, iTunes, iPad, iPhone, iPod, etc. Thus, if you want to play and watch Blu-ray movies on QuickTime player, iTunes, iPad, and other Apple’s products, the best solution is to rip and convert Blu-ray to M4V videos on Mac. If you are interested in ripping Blu-ray movies to a hard drive, where you can access them any time via an Apple TV or similar device, this tutorial will give you some effective tips on how to converting Blu-ray discs into iTunes for Apple TV etc.

Hot Search: VIDEO_TS iTunes Solution | DVD to iTunes | MOV to iTunes | H.265 to iTunes

As we know, most portable devices don’t have the Blu-ray drive for Blu-ray playback and Apple devices are no exemption. To finish the conversion, a Blu-ray ripping program is needed.

How to Complete the Blu-ray to Hard drive for Adding to iTunes conversion

Once I have tried Handbrake, but it can deal with non-protected DVD or Blu-ray only, also I having tested some Blu-ray/DVD ripper and converter for Mac from google searching, Im not satisfied until I find Pavtube BDMagic for Mac. It is on the top list of many online reviews and is regarded as the most easy-operated and powerful BD Ripping Tool. So in this tutorial, I will introduce and share an easy way to rip Blu-ray to digital format for using in iTunes.

Free download and install it:

Pavtube BDMagic for Mac which can help you convert Blu-ray to iTunes compatible format for playback without any limitation. Ive found the quality to be excellent, and see no difference when compared to playing the discs themselves.

How to Rip existing Blu-ray library to Apple TV in Mac OS X El Capitan?

1. Load Blu-ray source.

First of all, insert your Blu-ray to Blu-ray drive and keep networked. Now its time to open the Mac Blu-ray to iTunes Ripper and click "Load files" icon to load Blu-ray source.

2. Choose output M4V format for iTunes.

In the dropdown list of Format menu, you can find several options for output. According to my experience, "M4V - MPEG-4 Video(*.m4v)" from "Common Video" preset is highly recommended for putting onto iTunes.

I was very pleased to find so many M4V file types built into BDMagic. So for Apple TV, I choose "Apple TV 3 Dolby Digital Pass-through (*.m4v)" profile in "Apple TV" column to get a 1080p m4v output with stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 pass though.

  • Find no 5.1 Surround Sound from Apple TV? Here is your best solution.

Tips: For some advances users, you can go to adjust video and audio parameters like bitrate, resolution, channels, etc. Click "Settings" button you can go to check and change them as you like.

3. Convert Blu-ray to iTunes/Apple TV video on Mac.

Click Convert button to rip Blu-ray to iTunes/Apple TV recognized M4V video for playing. Afterwards, transfer the converted video for watching on your iPadiPhone, iPod, etc via iTunes with ease.

More Tips. add Blu-ray movies to iTunes

After the conversion, click on “Open” button to access to the videos you ripped. Open your iTunes and import the Blu-ray (now in iTunes friendly video format) to its Movies library by clicking File -> Add File to Library.

After that, you can transfer and watch Blu-ray on iTunes or your iPod Touch 5, iPhone 5, the new iPad, iPad Mini, Apple TV 3 and more Apple devices freely. On Apple TV, I browse the iTunes library for the movie and it plays smoothly and at full quality. I don’t think it could get much simpler (unless of course, Apple provides native support for Blu-Ray which doesn’t seem likely).

Back to and restore from image if I have a single drive with 2 paritions Tech Support

Back to and restore from image if I have a single drive with 2 paritions Tech Support

Back to and restore from image if I have a single drive with 2 paritions

I am trying to set up Windows Backup and Restore to save a system image that can be later restored in case of system failure such as virus infection.    In the past, I have 2 hard drives and the image was saved on the non-system drive.  When I restore
from image, the first hard drive has all its partition deleted.  This would imply the image must be saved on non-system hard drive.  If I only have one hard drive, is it possible to do this with 2 partitions (save the image on the non-system partition and
restore from it later)?

My quick search seems to suggest that maybe the image I created had other partitions that cause the restore to delete all other partition.   When I create the image, I only chose C: system drive.  How can I check if the image has other partition?

Thanks

5. Lalu muncul jendela baru. Kamu Klik “Upload New Version”.

Semoga Bermanfaat

CD DVD Drive on my Mac keeps ejecting my CD DVD

CD DVD Drive on my Mac keeps ejecting my CD DVD

CD / DVD Drive on my Mac keeps ejecting every CD / DVD

My CD/ DVD drive on my iMac is going crazy. Soon after I put a CD or DVD in the drive, it spits it back out. it sounds as though it is trying to read the disc, but fails. My drive was working normal earlier today, then it went crazy.I thought its my CD / DVD drive which is faulty and needs to be replaced so I plugged in a USB CD / DVD drive to my Mac that I had purchased long time ago. When I inserted any DVD in the external CD / DVD drive it did the same thing- ejected it.It keeps ejecting the CD / DVD automatically. Then I thought it must be a software problem so I did a research and found various troubleshooting steps to fix it.I am going to share the complete troubleshooting for this "CD / DVD keeps ejecting on Mac" issue which could be result of various reason like dust on lens,OS X issue, hardware fault.

1. Clean the SuperDrive’s slot with compressed gas/ Vaccum Cleaner

Your CD / DVD drive on your Mac might have got dust in its lens so clean the dust out. I bought this air duster Ecola Vacuum Cleaner ( for Keyboard,Notebook,Computer,Car etc. Compressed Air Duster ) just for $15 from Amazon, It can vacuum out dust and dirt from the chink of the keypad of calculator, telephone, computer, car and so on so give it a good spray into the CD / DVD drive slot on your Mac and this will resolve the problem. To do this first Shutdown your computer and get a can of compressed air. Place the tip of the nozzle attachement where it is aiming inside the drive and give it a couple of quick blasts to blow out any dust particles that may be causing you issue. Power up the system and give it another try.
I found this working for one of my customers once.

2. Reset the NVRAM/PRAM and SMC

A small amount of your computer’s memory, called “non-volatile random-access memory” or NVRAM, stores certain settings in a location that OS X can access quickly. The settings that are stored in NVRAM depend on the type of Mac youre using, and the types of devices connected to it.
Power related settings can be controlled by the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac. If you are experiencing issues with powering on your computer, sleep, wake, charging your Mac notebook battery, or other power-related symptoms, you might need to reset the SMC instead.

you can find reset instructions for both here:

Reset NVRAM and PRAM. - Shut down the computer.
Holding down the Command(Apple), Option, P, and R and then hold the Power button simultaneously, and told me to do that 3 times and wait for 3 loud buzzing (or some odd sound I cant describe).

Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC).

3. Delete the Finder’s preference files

Some people have reported successfully fixing Optical CD/DVD Drive on Mac or SuperDrive issues by deleting the Finder’s preference files (don’t worry, the Finder will automatically make new ones). You’ll want to delete two files: “com.apple.finder.plist” and “com.apple.sidebarlists.plist”. Both of these files are located in Users > [Your User] > Library > Preferences. You can choose whether you want to move the files to a new location (or simply append “.old” or something similar to the file names) or delete them, either way should work. Once you’ve deleted both preference files ("Com.apple.finder.plist“.sidebarlists” one might not exist, that isn’t necessarily a problem), you’ll need to relaunch Finder. You can accomplish this by restarting your Mac or by bringing up the force quit menu with Command + Option + Esc (if you go this route, simply select Finder and click Relaunch.
Didn’t fix your issue? Try 4.

4. Run Disk Utility and Repair Disk Permission

Disk Utility lets you verify and repair Mac OS X disks and permissions issues. To repair Disk permissions follow the below mentioned steps.

  1. Choose Go > Utilities.
  2. Double-click Disk Utility.
  3. Select the volume in the left pane for which you want to repair permissions.
  4. Click the First Aid tab.
  5. Select the volume to which you want to install the Adobe application, and then click Repair Disk Permissions.

5.  Delete the following configuration file to create a fresh copy

Your Mac store the information of the every CD you put into the CD / DVD drive in a file called CD Info.cidb.Similarly some other files contains info about the settings and configuration of the drive and disk.Deleting them will allow OS X to create a fresh copy of them.Delete the following files from your Mac.
  1. ~/Library/Caches (your local Library directory).
  2. System/Library/extensions.kextcache.
  3. /System/Library/Extensions.mkext.
  4. /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kernelcaches (a directory).
  5. /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.romextensions (a directory).
  6. CD Info.cidb (from ~Home/Library/Preferences).

Some of the files or directory might not exist on your Mac so dont worry about it if it isnt there. Restart your Mac after you do this so OS X will rebuild some of the files.

Note: - If the CD/DVD in your optical disk drive or SuperDrive has stuck in the tray then follow the steps mentioned here http://bookingtohosting.blogspot.com/2015/08/my-mac-computer-doesnt-eject-discs-or.html to eject it.
